FCB Nyasa Big Bullets and CIC Insurance Company have extended their marriage for a further three years after realizing profits from the initial three-year partnership.

The two parties first signed a three-year partnership contract in 2021, a partnership which saw the insurance company pumping in MK20 Million annually.

Announcing the new partnership in Lilongwe on Thursday, Zackary Wambungu, Managing Director of CIC insurance company announced an increase in the sponsorship money that will be pumped to Bullets in the next three years. He said the company will be injecting MK30 Million into the operations of the People’s Team.

“We have been working with Bullets for a long time and the three years we have been working together CIC has benefited a lot. We have been growing together as commercial entities and by renewing this partnership we believe we will reach a mass market and we feel FCB Nyasa Big Bullets will take us to the next level,” Wambugu told the Press.

He revealed that the first agreement was very productive for the company as they were able to achieve a great milestone in terms of brand visibility.

“Insurance needs to get to where the people are and Bullets have pushed us to reach the masses during their matches and campaigns, giving us a lot of business for the products that we have at CIC. It’s a great investment. We have grown to the next level, getting hundreds of millions by this partnership,” be added.

Bullets Acting Chief Executive Officer, Albert Chigoga has vowed to make sure that the company gets the benefits from the partnership.

“We will make sure that CIC continues benefiting from this partnership. Using our support base, we’re going to support the business of CIC until the years to come,” said Chigoga.
