Bwaila Media Club (BMC) Chairperson Felix Washon says he is not contesting for the position in the upcoming elections at the Elective Annual General Meeting to be held in October this year.
Washon said this in his opening speech at this year’s first meeting for the club currently underway in Lilongwe emphasizing with confidence that he has done his part and that he want others to bring new ideas for the growth of the club.
“We have great minds here and I hope that everyone of you is capable of leading the club, so I am not a threat to anyone, the position is open to every person,” he said.
Washon has been on the mantle of the club for the past three years.
