Mpira Mmudzi Mwathu partner organisation of the 2 day soccer trials of under 21 kids with World Wide Soccer International has expressed delight with the kids’ turn up on the first day of the trials.
Mpira Mmudzi Mwathu a local Non Governmental Orgasiation has partnered with World Wide Soccer through its chief Soccer Scout Raffael Paulino to stage 2 day trials in the country where successful kids stand a chance to join Italian giants Ac Milan and Inter Milan.
Speaking after the first day of the trials, Mpira Mmudzi Director Chimango Munthali said he was impressed with the talent demonstrated on the first day.
“I’m super excited that the kids showed up today and gave out all their best.
I’m sure one or 2 kids will be picked”, said Munthali.
In his remarks Paulino said he was impressed with 4 kids whom he could not name but fall under the under 12 category.
“I’m already monitoring 4 kids within the 12 year bracket.
They have a future and if they continue that way tomorrow who knows?
Anything can happen”,
Said the former AC Milan and Inter Milan Technical Director.
World Wide Soccer last year partnered with Super League giants Silver Strikers and so far 3 kids are exploring football opportunities under the initiative outside the country.
