Member of Parliament for Mwanza Central Constituency Nicholas Dausi has requested government to start the construction of Mwanza Community Stadium.
in his contribution in Parliament on Monday, Dausi said it’s his wish to see the stadium which stalled to be completed.
“The stadium was allocated K300 million in the 2022/23 national budget, everything was done and contractors were identified but the construction the stalled, so we expect that amidst the stringed budget, government will see into it that the construction resumes,” said Dausi
Apart from the completion of the stadium, he further called on government to consider upgrading of Tsangano, Ntcheu to Mwanza Boma road.
