The Central Region Football Association (CRFA) has been lucky for the past seasons to send into the TNM Super League strong teams that have survived relegation.

For the past five seasons it’s only Mlatho Mponela who were relegated on their debut season in the top flight league.

Extreme FC has become the latest team to get Super League promotion from the Central Region Chipiku League and they will either join Mponela in the category of teams with a short stint or will join the list of the other four clubs who remained in the League.
