By sheer coincidence, three men from Ntchisi district are millionaires after winning from Bet Yanga games prediction.
The lucky winners, George Felix risked K100 to bet and win K25 million, Masimoni Chomveka wagered K500 to win K25 million while Maulana Chiwaula staked K100 to win K4 million.
Felix, a farmer by trade and Chomveka a primary school teacher won jackpots after correctly predicting all the 13 games while businessman Maulana Chiwaula got right 12 games.
Speaking to journalists in Blantyre on Wednesday the three men, said they intend to use the money to expand their businesses.
Bet Yanga Financial Director, Josiah Kachale said he was excited that the company has managed to uplift the livelihood of some people in the country.
Kachale said soon the company with launch an online betting service for it’s customers in the country.
“We started from SmS based system and from next month our customers will now be able to place their bets online as we have finalized preparations for the same,” said Kachale.
Bet Yanga Entity which started it’s operations in 2021 is a local betting company licensed by the Malawi Gaming & Lotteries Authority( MAGLA).
