Despite the economic turmoil this country is going through, Solomon International ha reiterated it’s efforts in infrastructure development, especially on real estate.

In an interview with this reporter, Solomon International Managing Director Johnston Ndhlovu said in particular, they want to build new international structures along Lake Malawi to help government in boosting the tourism sector.

“Solomon International has beautiful beache sites along the lake be it in Mangochi, Salima, Nkhotakota and Nkhata Bay. We would like to have them developed to intenational standard like it is in South Africa and elsewhere. We believe that Malawi is heaven for tourists, we just need to do more to realize that,” he said.

According to Ndhlovu, efforts are underway to realize the dream, with various stakeholders as well as individual developers.

Established in 2010, Solomon International (as it was called Omega Estate Agency then), has had different project in towns and cities across the country, with offices countrywide.

He added; “Our core business is to see into it that we give chance to each and every person to own land and property. Our services are accessible at anytime regardless of the economic turmoil we are in, because we our charges are very reasonable. We move with time, we don’t to stretch our costomers economically, but give them something they can pay for without struggle”.

Apart from the business, Solomon International has also been involved into various corporate social responsibility works.

“Wherever we go, we make sure that we build good road networks and bring portable and clean water for the communities. We also make sure that when it comes to employment, we give priority to those living in a particular area,” said Ndhlovu
