Renowned businessperson and philanthropist Chawezi Banda, mostly known as Cha Cha has distributed 50kgs bags of maize to car wash attendants at Chitukuko in Lilongwe.
Some of those who have benefited are 15 workers at a popular car wash owned by a man popularly owned by a man called Uncle Short One.
“The gesture shown is very commendable and timely. We never expected this assistance and God should bless Cha Cha,” he said
One of her local representatives, Lackin Moffat said Cha Cha decided to donate the bags to the boys because of the way they handle customers.
