The Central African Preaching Academy (CAPA) has organized the conference where Church leaders and pastors will be trained to understand, live out and effectively communicate God’s word.

The conference is scheduled to start on Monday, February 13 and end on 14th February 2023 at the Reformation Bible Church in Area 49, Lilongwe.

Speaking ahead of the event, Interim CAPA president, Kellen Hiroto believes the training will help people to accurately interpret and faithfully proclaim the biblical text.

“We want to equip church leaders with the right word of God and it’s their opportunity to sharpen their knowledge through this two-day conference” said Hiroto

Reformation Bible Church senior pastor Newton Chilingalilo called upon interested church leaders to utilize the opportunity of the training.

He added that the training will be very vital as the country will have churches that are healthy and theologically sound through well equiped men of God.

He further believes that the current predicaments the country is facing is due to church leaders failure to equip people with right information in their churches as participants to the conference will have a chance to be imparted knowledge about such issues.

“At the end of conference we want those that will attend to realize that the bible is sufficient tool for them to equip church members that’s why we are focusing on preaching what’s in the bible not something from their heads” said Chilingalilo

Participants will be trained by two guests from United States of America, Dr Micheal and Pastor Cornor.
