The six, Paul Chipole, Ikram Malata, Richard Kalawire, Innocent Lwanda, Maxwell Mbuzi and Abel Maseya have been convicted of murder.
The court has also acquitted former Police Commissioner Evelista Goodwin Mvula, Steven Mashonga, Warren Joshua Mashonga and Chifundo Chiwambo who were answering various charges ranging from murder and causing grievous bodily harm.
