The Nyasa Capital finance cup is expected to produce champion this coming Saturday when Silver Strikers Reserve takes on St. Gabriel Medicals.

Nankhaka Stadium has been set to host the match by Central Region Football Association.

“CRFA in conjunction with Nyasa Capital finance company would like to inform the stakeholders that 2023 Nyasa Capital finance cup finals will take place on Saturday 2nd December, 2023 at Nankhaka Stadium” said the statement by CRFA

But speaking with The Atlas chair for Silver Strikers Football Club supporters committee Kingsley ‘No fear’ Malaya had promised full support to the Reserve side.

“This is a very important match as our Reserve takes on St. Gabriel Medicals on Saturday, we are ready to give them full support for them to win the trophy”

“It’s our team, the future of Silver Strikers Football Club that’s why we need to be there, supporting them before going to Blantyre where the senior team will play against Bullets” said Malaya

The Bankers chief supporter further called upon all Silver Strikers supporters to fill up Nankhaka Stadium to give morale to the players.

His counterpart Gilbert Chimbalanga has appealed for the fare play.

“We are going there to support the boys, they way I have seen them preparing for this game iam optimistic that we will defending this cup”

“But let me also appeal for fare play from both sides, we need to accept whatever the outcome of the match” said Chimbalanga

The final comes at a time where the two teams are fighting for Chipiku Premier Division League top position and they are just separated by a single point with Silver Strikers Reserve leading the standings with 31 points.

The Young Banker started this year’s Nyasa Capital Finance Cup campaign with a victory over Mangoni Warriors in round of 16 before sinking Kamuzu Barracks Reserve in quarter-final stage.
