Old Mutual set to host executive golf tournaments in Lilongwe, Blantyre

The premiere Financial Service provider Old Mutual (Malawi) Limited, says it is set to host its executive golf tournaments themed “Swinging into the Mutual Future”.

The tournaments are scheduled for 9 August in Blantyre at Blantyre Sports Club and 23 August 2025 in Lilongwe at Lilongwe Golf Club.

Old Mutual Malawi Marketing and Corporate Affairs Executive Patience Chatsika said, “The exclusive tournament is aimed at engaging our stakeholders in a relaxing environment and it presents a special opportunity to showcase our brand and offerings to both our customers and potential customers”.

Stakeholders from various sectors are drawn and expected to participate in the two tournaments, and according to Chatsika, so far, they are impressed with the calibre and number of golfers that have registered and continue to register to participate.

According to Chatsika, Golf is one of the ways the business engages its stakeholders.

She said “The swinging into the Mutual Future theme greatly resonates to what we are as a business. We aim to grow with Malawians into the mutual future by among others offering products that help them achieve both their short-and-long term financial goals.

We are also a business that is on the forefront contributing to the growth of our economy through investments in various sectors including agriculture, energy and others.”

Old Mutual (Malawi) Limited is a financial service provider with interests in savings, life assurance, investment, asset management and offering end-to-end funeral services.
