Old Mutual, a leading financial services provider, joined the rest of the world in commemorating the International Customer Service Week (ICSW) which falls on the first week of October every year.

Customers who visited Old Mutual offices participated in araffle draws where the lucky winners walked away with various tokens of appreciation. Old Mutual Staff marked the commemorations with daily themed dress days, reflecting the company’s customer-first culture and bringing fun and vibrancy to the workplace.

Speaking during the commemorations, Old Mutual Malawi Customer Experience Executive Sophie Nkonjera said the week provided an opportunity to further engage and thank customers for their trust.
