Reported By Patience Longwe:

The organiser of Kumingoli Island Bash, Shadreck Kalukusha, has announced that reggae music icon Andrew Tosh will perform at the upcoming festival for the first time.

Tosh, the son of legendary musician Peter Tosh and grandson of Bunny Wailer, is set to bring his unique reggae sound to Malawi’s music scene.

“We gave ourselves two years to prepare for this event, and we’re confident it will be an unforgettable experience for music lovers in Malawi,” said Kalukusha.

He added that Kumingoli Island Bash has become one of the premier music events in Malawi, and the team is honoured to host Andrew Tosh as a headliner.

The event is scheduled to take place in Cape Maclear, Mangochi District, from August 4 to 8, 2026. Music fans across the country are encouraged to mark their calendars and prepare for an epic performance.
