Dedza Dynamos Salima Sugar Football Club General Secretary Mavuto Mugode has revealed that they are still hunting reinforcements in the transfer market.
So far, Dynamos have added to their team, the Sable Farming duo of goalkeeper Fletcher Jamali and midfielder Simeon Singa. They have also signed defenders Khumbo Banda from Red Lions and Joseph Balakasi formally of Mighty Mukuru Wanderers as well as forward Chifuniro Mpinganjira from Blue Eagles.
But Mugode has told The Atlas that his team is still looking for two more signings.
“We are still active on the market and we could sign one or two players according to our plan. We wanted two left backs and we have managed to bring in Joseph Balakasi so we are looking for his competitor and again we need to boost our attack by signing a striker” he said
Mugode has further confirmed that his team has started preparations for the 2023 season.
“We have started our preparations today and iam happy with the turn up and hopefully we will build a very strong team this season”.
Dedza Dynamos were promoted into the TNM Super League in 2022 after being crowned 2021 Chipiku Premier Division League champions.
In their maiden season they managed to finish 9th on the standings of 16 teams.
