A 20-year old Lilongwe resident Isaac Kalua has hit a jackpot after winning K174.2million in the betPawa’s Aviator game.

Kaluwa who is a motorbike repair was unveiled on Friday at Sunbird Mount Soche in Blantyre during a media interface.

The winner told the media that he has been gambling with BetPawa since January this year making small wins but never gave up.

“This is a game of chance where you never give up. I’m happy that finally I have won the biggest stake”.

He further added that he will use the money to better his life and that of his family.

Kalua placed two bets, one worth K299 and another K2 399 to hit the jackpot.

In her remarks, BetPawa’s regional marketing manager for Southern Africa Bwalya Musonda expressed satisfaction the with the way customers are patronising the game since its introduction in the country three years ago.

“We are happy to present the biggest stake so far to our customer who together with his family were flown from Lilongwe on a private jet affirming our Moto as the home of Africa’s biggest winners.”

Bwalya however advised customers to plan properly when playing the game to avoid being addictive towards gambling.
